3-Day Train-the-Trainer Workshop With International Certification

This workshop is designed for those who are responsible for planning, creating and delivering instructional programs. The material presented will benefit experienced trainers as well as those new to training.

At the end of this workshop, each attendee will produce the following items:

A training plan for the course project
Instructional materials supporting the training plan
A video of the training session presented in class

This course provides learners the foundational knowledge and techniques to design, develop, and facilitate effective instructional programs.

Learners should be able to design relevant instruction to carry back to the job and practice the delivery.
