Blended Learning - Applied Learning Sessions

Blended Learning combines self-paced learning with periodic group gatherings to discuss and deepen the learning, probe into related group dynamics, and explore practical applications. It's an emerging Talent Management strategy for furthering business innovation and team building, especially in distance-learning circumstances.

This Blended Learning approach combines:
