Are you an Extended DISC Certified® Facilitator who delivers or will deliver team DISC sessions? Learn how to create your own interaction team workshops and how to better coach and support team development using the Extended DISC® Team Assessments tools.

- Understanding team members’ styles and team styles
- Understanding my team member style
- Identifying the styles of my team members
- Adjusting my style for more effective interactions
- Debriefing the Extended DISC® Team Assessment (preferably a team assessment provided by participant)
- Highlight team DISC activity options
- Highlight Extended DISC® team facilitation resources
- Review Extended DISC® Team DISC Module – your guide and template to delivering a team session
- Deliver and self-assess live session

Extended DISC Advanced DISC Certification: Team DISC
This Program has been approved for 2.00 HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR, aPHRi, PHR, PHRca, SPHR, GPHR, PHRi and SPHRi recertification through HR Certification Institute (HRCI). This program is also approved for 2.00 PDC (professional development credits) toward your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP recertification.
