TRUE COLORS ONLINE PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT & ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
The True Colors Online Assessment is a first step to help each employee at every level learn their unique True Colors Spectrum. An individual coaching session with a certified True Colors Consultant gives each participant an opportunity to ask questions about their results and discuss their individual goals related to their True Colors Spectrum profile. The focus of consultation sessions can be customized for personal development individual goals. In addition, the consultation sessions can be offered by Human Resources and Leadership and customized for each employee position to meet the company's talent management and development goals.

*Learn the meaning behind each of the colors in spectrum
*Identify and recognize strengths, joys, values, and stressors

*Improve communication skills and relationships in all aspect of daily life
*Understand temperament and gain insight with respect to your unique abilities, skills, and talents. The insights gained from True Colors proprietary methodology greatly enhance self-awareness and guide personal development because identifying and understanding one’s temperament becomes an invaluable tool for personal success. And therefore, improves opportunity for career advancement and decision making.
